1. Policy Statement
NGN Training Center values the privacy of every individual and is committed to safeguarding information that the center collects. This policy is intended to inform how NGN Training Center gathers, defines, and uses information that could identify you during registration in our courses. For the purposes of this policy, NGN Training Center is a Technical and Vocational Training Organization registered under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, with its offices at 7th Floor, East Tower, Bahrain World Trade Center, Manama Center, Manama, Bahrain.
2. Scope
NGN may process information, including personal data, about you that you provide to us (including via our website at https://training.ngnintl.com and through communication by phone, email or otherwise). The information we collect from you may include your name, age, ID number, email address, mobile number, gender, date of birth, religion, employment status, special needs details, affiliated organizations, job details, information relating to your expectation and or participation in the course. You may need to provide with this information to be able to participate in the course. The data may include information provided by you:
a. At the time of registering to our programmes or when updating information;
b. If you responded to any of our surveys or feedback (phone call, email, SMS, etc.) that we many invite you to participate in;
c. Communication between your organization and NGN for the purposes of skills development training; and
d. In connection with your other communication with us.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide your specific consent for us to process your personal data, including sensitive personal data relating to special needs details and/or religion (in case provided).
3. Payment Information
To protect you against fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims and other liabilities, we only collect an identification/transaction number and order details of your payment which allows us to match he user to the payment/s he made. We do not collect credit card information. We allow our third-party payment vendor to collect information for the purpose of collecting payments from the registrations made online. We do not have access to the payment information that you provide to our third-party payment vendor and this information is subject to the privacy policy of the third-party payment vendor. 4. Use of information
We use your personal information in the following ways: a. To process your information.
b. To process your payments
c. To provide, analyze, and enhance our marketing efforts.
d. To contact you in relation to the course that you are registered in (including by phone, email, SMS).
e. If you registered to one of our courses, to provide you with information (may include our newsletters) relating to similar courses on offer.
f. To develop and improve on relevant areas if feedback is provided about our courses, website, and social media platforms through phone, email and/or SMS,
g. In connection with any agreements or other arrangements between you and NGN (including Terms and Conditions).
h. To notify you about changes in our organizations, courses and future products and services.
5. Protection of Information
All the information you provide to us is stored securely within our system, monitored, and protected by our SOC Team (Security Operation Center) and Network Engineer. We use reasonable administrative, rational, technical, and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use, and modification. Furthermore, the Information Security Policy (also available in the website) sets additional guidelines on how information is protected in our organization.
You have the right to:
a. Right to access and rectify your data
You have the right to request access to personal data held about you by us and be provided information in relation to that data (including the purposes for which the data is used, and processed, the recipients to whom that personal data have been or will be disclosed, information protection details and any decision-making with regards to the data). You may be entitled to ask for a copy of your information, review, complete information or amend any inaccurate data provided.
b. Right to withdraw consent
At any given time, you have the right to withdraw any consent granted to us by writing to admintraining@ngnintl.com. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of the collection and processing your data based on your consent up until the moment where you withdraw your consent.
c. Right to erasure
You have the right to delete your personal data collected and processed by us in case it is no longer required for the purposes for which the data was initially collected and processed or in the event you have withdrawn your consent or objected to processing. Should you wish your personal data to be erased, please file a request to training@ngnintl.com.
