These terms and conditions apply to training courses provided by NGN Training Center (registration number 94019 – 2) of Block 316, Road 365, Manama Center, Manama, Bahrain.

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any online course and/or classroom training course. These terms and conditions incorporate our Privacy Policy which describes (among other things) how we will use any personal information collected as a result of your registration to our training courses and other services (when applicable). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Please read the terms and conditions (including the Privacy Policy) carefully before registering to any of our courses or other services.
1. Definitions
a. Confidential information: Confidential Information is very important and highly sensitive material that is not classified as PI. This information is private or otherwise sensitive in nature and must be restricted to those with a legitimate business need for access.
Examples of confidential information may include:
b. Course materials means the information provided by NGN Training Center to accompany a course provided as part of the services in hard copy or electronic form.
c. Fees means the fees pay by you to NGN Training Center for the services.
d. Intellectual Property Rights means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.
e. Online course means the delivery by us of an online course pursuant to which you learn course materials remotely.
f. Services means the provision of the Online Course and/or the Classroom Training Course and/or the Course Materials together with such other services as agreed from time to time and purchased by you.
g. Classroom Training Course means a course taught by us in a classroom setting to which you attend in person.
h. Website means www.training.ngnintl.com
i. You means the individual purchasing the services.
2. The Services
2.1. A description of the services along with the schedules dates of when it will be delivered are available on our Website.
2.2. We reserve the right to change or cancel any of the services described above without notice (please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy also available on the website for further details).
2.3. We expect you to confirm that the services you are purchasing will meet your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the services.
3. Service Registrations
Registering via the Website
3.1. In order to register to any of our services via online, you must fill the registration form that can be access on our website. Once registration form is submitted, our staff will get in touch to assist you and provide details related to the training course.
Registering via Site Visit
3.2. To register to any of our services via site visit, we are located at 7th Floor, East Tower, Bahrain World Trade Center, Manama Center, Manama, Bahrain. We strongly advise you to call us before visit the center to prepare the required documents to complete registration.
3.3. When you arrive at our premises, you will be assisted by our operations staff to process your registrations.
Corporate Clients Registrations
3.4. This type of registration is applicable to trainees who are sponsored by their organizations to attend course trainings with NGN. All communications related to the registrations of participants will be handled by the designated Senior Account Manager with the assistance of the Operations Department. 4. Cancellation and Variation
4.1. For cancellation, variation, and refund details, please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Fees
5.1. The fees for the services shall be set out on the website or as told to you during site visit and/or correspondence with one of our Senior Account Managers at the time you placed the order for the service.
5.2. Where specifically stated otherwise on the website, voucher and certificate examination fees shall be exclusive of any amounts payable to any awarding body. NGN may liaise with the awarding body for the purpose of assisting you to complete the transaction.
5.3. Fees for the service selected by you on the website shall be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of purchase (applicable to learners without sponsor i.e. Tamkeen or others).
5.4. For corporate clients,
5.5. Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of services are for your own account and NGN Training Center shall not be responsible for these.
5.6. You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your attendance at any classroom training or your access to any online course.
6. Confidential Information
6.1. Either party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for the purpose of these terms and conditions and disclose to any other person, except as specifically authorized under these terms and conditions required by law.
6.2. This clause shall continue notwithstanding termination of these terms and conditions.
7. Liability
7.1. No part of the provision of the services shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment advice.
7.2. Although NGN Training Center aims to provide the Services to the quality standards, neither it, nor its trainers accept any liability for:
i. any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the programmes or course materials;
ii. any loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill;
iii. any loss or corruption of data; and
iv. any indirect, special, or substantial loss arising from any breach of the terms of this agreement.
7.3. Any communications or transactions with advertisers, retailers and any other third party found on our website are solely between you and them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGN Training Center will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers and retailers on our websites.
7.4. Except set out in these terms and conditions, no conditions, warranties, or other terms shall apply to the services.
7.5. Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit NGN Training Center liability for:
i. death or personal injury caused by negligence; ii. fraudulent misrepresentation; or iii. any other matter which the law may not be limited or excluded.
7.6. No claim may be brought more than six months after the last date on which the services concerned have finished or terminated to be provided by us.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual Property Rights in the course materials, courses and lectures made by the trainers, are and remain, the intellectual property of NGN Training Center or its programme partners, whether adapted, written for a client or not.
8.2. You are not authorized to:
i. copy, modify, reproduce broadcast any course material without prior written consent from us;
ii. use the course materials in the delivery of other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer;
iii. remove the copyright or trademark of NGN Training Center on any materials and/or documents provided to you;
iv. record on video or audio or other means any online or classroom training;
v. modify, reproduce translate any software making part of the online or classroom training;
Infringement by you of clause 8.2 shall permit us to terminate these terms and conditions with you and conclude to provide you with any services.
9. Force Majeure
Any act or situation which is beyond our control is known as “Force Majeure Event”. NGN Training Center shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
i. strikes, lockouts or other industrial action;
ii. flood, fires, earthquakes, heavy sandstorms, volcanic eruption, and other natural calamities;
iii. terrorism;
iv. pandemic or any health crisis;
v. failure to provide a course caused by a death in the trainer’s family;
vi. illness of the trainer; and
vii. acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of the government.
10. Termination
10.1. We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and to cease to provide you with any services without notice and without liability to you in the event that you:
i. fail to pay when due your fees;
ii. cheat or plagiarized any learning work which you are required to prepare or submit (please see Plagiarism Policy and Procedure for further details);
iii. act in aggressive, discriminating, offensive, threatening, harassing, or bullying manner towards any employee of NGN Training Center, trainer or any learner who attends any classroom training course;
iv. steal or act in fraudulent manner towards NGN or any NGN employee or other learner;
v. intentionally or carelessly damage our property or the property of our employees or other learners;
vi. commit any criminal offence committed in our premises against any of our employee or other learners;
vii. are intoxicated through alcohol or illegal drugs while on our premises; and
viii. breach any of the stipulated terms and conditions.
10.2. On termination of clauses 6 (Confidential Information), 7 (Liability), and 8 (Intellectual Property Rights) shall continue notwithstanding such termination.
11. Changes to these terms
11.1. NGN Training Center reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes made and the date that the relevant terms were last revised.
12. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (and any document referred to, including Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to you of our services, prevailing any existing prior agreements.
These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between you and us, shall be governed and constituted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
